RETURN POLICIES
1.- Damages:
Our products are made of natural wood, therefore there are variations. If within 14 days of purchase, any defect is detected, we ask that you contact hello@mobelcreativ.com and send us clear photos for evaluation of replacement, repair, or full refund. Returns must include the original box and complete inner packaging.
2. For any other reason
If within 14 days of purchase you change your mind or any other reason why you need to return your order, we ask that you contact hello@mobelcreativ.com explaining the situation and repack the product with original box, complete inner packaging. Once approved, it must be returned in excellent condition without any damage. We will issue a refund, less a 12% re-stocking fee. Return shipping and insurance are responsibility of the buyer.
Do not forget to contact hello@mobelcreativ.com as soon as possible for any situation in case of requesting a change or refund in order to analyze the situation quickly, and if approved, make your change or refund.
WARRANTY
Our products are made of natural wood, they could have some type of expansion, contraction and / or movement that depend 100% on the weather conditions.
Our wooden products are guaranteed 1 year from the day the purchase was made, as long as their use is appropriate. For this, the following must be considered:
- Products must be assembled correctly in accordance with the product instructions.
- Abuse or abnormal treatment other than for its intended purpose.
- Wood products should not be exposed to excessive sunlight or dry weather conditions.
- Natural wood products should be kept at room temperature and should not be exposed to excessive humidity or the use of humidifiers.
- The products must not receive an abnormal amount of weight (it depends on each piece of furniture).
- Avoid cleaners unsuitable for wooden furniture.
- Be very careful with liquid spills on the various materials.
- Please respect whether the items are for indoors or outdoors.
